崗位一：Project Officer (Full Time) /

Responsibilities
- Process applications for overseas voluntary projects
- Manage and maintain application and customer databases
- Provide timely support and establish close relationship with applicants
- Work closely with Hong Kong and overseas partner organizations for international voluntary service development
- Handle customer enquiries via social media, phone, and email
- Perform as the cultural facilitator and tour escort in overseas projects occasionally
- Assist the team to work on other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary degree holder, preferably in Social Science, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- People-oriented, detail-minded and proactive team player
- Good analytical and data processing skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Solo-traveller with intercultural or international volunteering experiences is a plus
- Holder of Tour Escort Pass is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Escort and lead overseas/ Hong Kong projects with various background of participants as requested
- Facilitate the cultural immersion and teambuilding activities and self-reflection debriefing after voluntary activities
- Excellent relationship with participants and provides necessary support to ensure their fruitful and valuable journey
- Hold pre-departure briefings and workshops as requested
- Update the local condition and provide insight of project development
- Provide relevant materials for promotion after the project
Requirements
- Experienced solo-traveller with intercultural experiences to share
- Overseas or Hong Kong workcamp/ international voluntary service experience is preferred
- Facilitation experience is preferred
- Good story-telling and public speaking skills Independent, responsible and mature with a positive mindset
- Good understanding in “Service-learning” concept
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, capable and interest in communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Command in other language(s) is a plus
- Able to lead around 5-14 days per project
- Escort Pass holder is an advantage
